1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international countries. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, please contact us at contact@babascanvas.com to see if arrangements can be made.
2. Types of Products and Fulfillment
Original Paintings
Shipped directly by us from our studio in Texas, USA. Carefully packaged with protective materials and insured.Art Prints & Posters
Fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners (e.g., Printify or Gelato). These are made-to-order and ship from the nearest facility to your address.Digital Downloads
Available immediately after purchase via email or your order confirmation page. No physical item will be shipped.
3. Processing Times
Original Artwork: 3–5 business days for packaging and handling
Print Orders: 2–7 business days (depending on production partner)
Digital Files: Instant download after payment
4. Estimated Shipping Times
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or carrier disruptions.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method.
Digital downloads: Free
Orders over $X (you set this): Free shipping in the U.S.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (for physical goods). You can track the status of your order at any time using the provided link.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement.
